Each piece is hand-painted over a period of 1 week. The mug will need to be glazed and fired in the ceramic kiln, so please place your order in advance.

3 We confirm the draft sketch with you (Free revision once)
We will draw a simple line draft of your climbing character according to the photo, send it to you for confirmation before formal embroidery production. You can adjust colours & poses for 1 free revision.
4 Hand embroidery production & shipping
After your confirmation, we start handmade embroidery production. Finished badges will be carefully packaged and shipped to you with tracking number updated on your order page.
